Profound! Global Warming Might Be Natural

Is There "Unstoppable Global Warming Every 1,500 Years"?-A Contrary Point of View - www.dailygalaxy.com

Most of you either don’t care about global warming or you believe driving cars are melting glaciers. You can’t deny the earth is in a state of warming, but you can argue the cause of it. Call me crazy, but I happen to think its nature.

The idea that we are causing global warming is a fad based on a theory that has very little or no evidence to support it, but leave it to our celebrities and politicians to lead the parade. Oh well, I guess it gives us a reason to spend billions of dollars re-tooling entire industries . . . no big deal. I think we need to get Michael Moore on this. The U.S. needs a movie about China's "all environment friendly" philosophy. We sure learned a lot from Cuba's health care system in "Sicko." Hmmm, you should probably that know I tend to be very facetious.

Here is a petition signed by more than 31,000 scientist
who don't believe "that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate." You won't hear that on the news.

Comment or take the survey. Let me know what you think. But remember, it's my blog, so I'm always right.

Breaking News: Scientists Point Out The Obvious

You may be more racist then you think, study says – www.cnn.com

First, I think the phrase they were looking for is “racial prejudice” and not “racist.” Second, that is such a waste of time and resources! Do we really need some elaborate experiment to tell us that people still have racial prejudices? I could have told them that. Everyone has racial prejudices. It’s only human.

My observation is that there is a fine line between prejudice and logical thinking. People make logical decisions all the time that could appear to be prejudice. It’s the “sensitives” of our nation that make those decisions a big deal.

Yes, there are some really mean people and I feel for those hurt by racism, but I also feel for fat people. They have it pretty hard too and the pressure that society puts on us to be fit and look good can be exponential for some. I think this is a more pertinent issue to us now then racism. Seriously, we now have a black president who won in a landslide victory. This is as good as it gets.

This experiment also is very one sided. As much as whites are prejudice against blacks, blacks are prejudice against whites, and vice versa with all races. It has nothing to do with hatred or dislike. It is just how our brains work and developing these prejudices and using them is a part of our normal day.

The truth is, the cultural and racial quarks are kind of funny and should be treated such. Instead of trying to color blind the whole world, why don’t we all just get a good laugh out of our differences and have fun with it. Chris Rock and Carlos Mencia might have the right idea. Plus, how can we catch terrorists if we can’t tell who’s Arab and who’s not?

This is a perfect illustration of how different races
can get along and have fun doing it!
